HEYELYA REFUND & ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

We're committed to providing a great experience at HeyElya. This policy outlines our refund terms and how to delete your account.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please review the following refund guidelines:
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. You'll retain access to HeyElya until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yearly Subscriptions:
Eligibility: Refunds for yearly subscriptions are available only for new, first-time subscribers. Renewals are not eligible.
Timeframe: You must request a refund within 7 days of your initial yearly subscription purchase.
If you meet the eligibility requirements for a yearly subscription refund, please contact us at chat@heyelya.com. Include your account email address and a detailed explanation for your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Upon processing, your access to HeyElya will be immediately terminated.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Monthly subscriptions.
Requests made more than 7 days after your initial yearly subscription purchase.
Yearly subscription renewals.
Account termination due to violation of our [Terms of Service](link to your TOS).
Lack of usage of HeyElya.
We may consider refund requests outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis. This is not guaranteed and is subject to our sole discretion.
You can delete your HeyElya account at any time. To do so, please send an email to contact@heyelya.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." In the body of the email, please include:
Your account email address.
A brief statement confirming that you wish to delete your account.
Important Information Regarding Account Deletion:
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
This action is irreversible.
If you have a current subscription, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your payment provider or within your HeyElya account settings.
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Please review this policy regularly.
